Analyze customer base and identify revenue generating opportunities
-Analyze database marketing and site personalization efforts to understand overall return on investment
-Recommend new strategies and database marketing programs to drive enhanced revenue from existing customer base
-Develop reporting and metrics to understand overall customer retention/repeat behavior across key segments
-Oversee day-to-day implementation and analysis of the Rewards program
- Refine segments, promotions and campaigns based on evaluation of campaign conversion, customer retention, customer cross-sell, campaign dilution and campaign ROI
-Create customer segments for deployment of Rewards Coupons
-Build rewards coupons for deployment to segments (promotional copy, rules and restrictions, legal review, customer service review, etc.)
-Develop and monitor success at program, customer segment, and campaign level
-Validate proper execution of all database marketing campaigns across multi-channel environment (e.g., website, email, call center)
-Analyze third party data sources and recommend strategies to improve overall acquisition, retention, and conversion activities
-Monitor the competitive landscape, testing new approaches and adopting best-practice strategies
1-Design various marketing, communication and promotional materials, including brochures, project profiles, advertisements, posters and presentations.
2. Create and maintain project photo library, ensuring project photography is kept up-to-date, coordinating with photographer(s) as needed.
3. Take a marketing concept and communicate it, either graphically or in written format, with the right messages to a specific audience.
4. Assist with creating and updating project profiles and corporate resumes.
5. Assist in proposal coordination.
6. Assist with copywriting, editing and proofreading all marketing material.
7. Assist in the maintenance of corporate website and portal (intranet)
Brand Management: Nurture the brands by monitoring their lifecycles from launch to establishing market share to sustaining and improving on market share through a variety of marketing, advertising, promotional and PR activities.
Promotion Calendar: implement the promotion calendar for assigned brands as planned & monitor expenses incurred on a monthly basis.
Conducting Retail Market Studies: Working on the Retail audit- interactive for retail data with AC Nielson to analyze market shares and understand the trends and directions of the market.
Also working on quantitative and qualitative researches such as (usage and attitude studies) to understand consumers behavior and also arranging and briefing for Focus Groups.
In-store Promotions Supervision - Arabic & English Promoters: Co-ordination issues primarily involving Arabic/English promoters
Market Check Visits: Visiting market 2-3 times a month to check on our distribution, merchandising effectiveness, competition and to gather ideas.
Competitor's Products - Photography & Analysis: Keep a record of all competitors product and Present the information at Sales meetings to be aware of the entire market movement.
POS Material / Corporate Gifts Management: Responsible for creating and updating promotional material, corporate gifts, complementary items, monitor its distribution, managing stocks etc. Arrange for all POS Material (banners, stands, sampling boxes etc.)
Ad & PR Agency: Co-ordinate with the Advertising & PR agencies, handling monthly Press release and handling Website updating.
Sales / Distribution Monitoring: Monitoring sales / brand and their distribution. Update distribution charts of all products on a monthly basis.
Corporate Communication: Compile the Internal Newsletter on a regular basis on time.
Responsible for organizing and managing exhibitions, planning layout of stall etc.
1-Providing a new marketing plan in corporation with Logic Consulting Group.
2-Responsible for Implementing the marketing plan on daily basis.
3-Forecastig the sales of the company for 3 years according to the marketing plan.
4-Interaction with the sales operations.
