Developed “TOP 100” feature which should help suppliers to predict which songs are potential to hit the list
for the year, therefore they can better optimize their ads on other songs.
● Created “Popularity meter” to help suppliers figure out the best features that make their songs more popular.
Achieved 3x of GMV on the APP by enhancing the customers communication through search words analysis
using SQL on Redash platform to figure out the best content to use and best times to push notifications.
● Doubled the app conversion rate over 3 months through investing more in customer education and increasing
the discounts on the app more than other channels.
● Rolled out credit service as one of the most important features in the product. That included operations,
underwriting, disbursement and collection processes design.
● Developed a credit scoring system using data points from customer purchasing history like frequency of
ordering, type of products he used to buy and number of cancellation or delivery failure.
Delivered the market and financial research for the opportunity in Egypt through meeting key players in the
market and many customers from different customer segments.
● Landed more than 80k USD in loans within the first 3 month after launching the product.
● Developed the credit scoring model which used data points from customers sales history combined with
industry risk analysis in which those customers were.
