▪Automation of the evaluation grid for call center agents using Machine Learning methods (sentence similarity, Birt model, etc.) in the form of aweb application by Django.
▪Mapping of customer data on the map of France using CartoDB and Kepler (Python) technologies.
▪Sentiment analysis by Machine Learning algorithms (models: Birt, Bayes, Logistic regression) based on Deep Learning Frameworks (Keras and Tensorflow).
▪ Analysis of customer interaction on the voice channel and semantic analysis of the conversation than on behavior analysis with Machine and Deep Learning.
▪ Speech recognition by Google API/Cloud, Kaldi and Vosk as a web application by Streamlit.
▪ Voice to graph based on ML libraries (Librosa, sklearn, Pandas, ...) from Python.
▪ Verbatim extraction of useful information for each customer service by NLP.
