Currently, IT Project Feb. 2018 Manager and Senior System Analyst within the Ministry of administrative development, labor, and social affairs (State of Qatar).

I participate within a team of professionals to manage and develop projects from the Initiation phase to Closing through several phases
Planning, Executing, Monitoring, and Controlling.

I established the work with the Agile approach
and contributed directly to the improvement in the project delivery, which affects directly the
quality, time, cost, and customer satisfaction.

I was leading a team to build the Ministry Project
Management Office (PMO) based on my knowledge acquired on PMO-CP certification and PMO Value Ring Methodology
