As an assistant manager in a work-study program at SARL SANAK, I was responsible for digital marketing management and the creation of the website for three restaurants. I oversaw the entire reservation process, ensuring smooth and optimized service management. Additionally, I implemented and monitored customer feedback forms, analyzing the data to identify areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction. My role also involved managing customer relationships, contributing to an improved user experience and customer loyalty through strategic actions based on feedback analysis. This experience enriched my innovative and analytical mindset, allowing me to combine creativity and rigor in digital project management and continuous service improvement.

During my internship as an assistant to the maintenance manager at OCP Khouribga, I contributed to a project involving the inspection and study of the existing boom of the 8400M dragline, as well as the design of a new adaptive boom. After identifying the issues with the current boom using a risk analysis and the 5 Whys method, I assisted in evaluating its structural condition. I conducted a stress analysis (RDM) and interpreted the results. Using RDM6 software, I modeled the structure, followed by the design of the new boom on CATIA. This project also included selecting appropriate materials and conducting a technical and economic feasibility study to ensure the efficiency and viability of the solution.
