DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES:
Study project requirements, documents& drawings.
Put the time schedule for the project including cost&resource assignment on P6.
Prepare (weekly, monthly, material delivery and procurement logs) report for the client.
Review of materials test certificates for compliance with specifications.
Prepare work force staffing requirements and process schedules for projects
Coordinate with different trades (steel suppliers, concrete suppliers, third party representative&client representative) to complete the job.
Prepare cash flow&earned value diagram, and give practical solution to keep the project on schedule.
Tracking shop drawing and procurement logs.
Prepare monthly payments for work using P6&Excel.
Review approved shop drawings and as built drawings
Review and Follow the consultant’s comments on submittals to do the correct job.
