Responsibilities:
• Manage daily financial operations, prepare accurate financial statements and support
internal/external audits
• Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to monitor financial
performance
• Connect with managers, other departments, and external parties (like auditors) to ensure smooth
financial operations
• Prepare bank reconciliation and Petty cash reconciliation
• Manage accounts receivable process, from generating invoices and collecting payments to
applying cash and reconciling accounts with Shamel ERP System
• Manage accounts receivable Emails with customers, follow up on past-due balances, and
negotiate payment plans to ensure timely collection of payments
• Reconcile customer accounts, verify balances, and resolve any discrepancies or errors in billing
• Reconcile inventory accounts, performing physical counts and analyses, preparing financial
reports
• Mentorship & Team Leadership: Training, mentoring, and reviewing the work of junior and staff
accountants Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with departments like Sales, Operations,
and HR to ensure accurate financial reporting and resolve issues
