• Handling bank related commercial documents such as LC, LG, cheques, bank guarantees.
• Preparing Revenues Statements.
• Follow up cash/cheque depositing into banks & post the entries in cash book.
• Preparing reports monthly or daily related to A/R or A/P and banks transactions for analyses as needed by the higher authority.
• Approving and handling payable invoices after judging the on-time requirement.
• Monitoring sales and purchases team and Follow up any accounts related to finance dept.
• Entering loan settlement and monthly installment entries.
• Accounts receivable and payable to General Ledger Reconciliation.
• Daily preparing Bank reconciliation for all banks.
• Assist with month-end closing.

• Verifying the Cash Book daily basis.
• Maintaining accounts receivable, accounts payable files and records.
• Letter of credit invoice processing, Letter of guarantee and follow up Debit note and credit note.
• Check & pass all petty cash and bank vouchers.
• Monitor monthly passing of all entries for expenses.
• Checking of debit advices and arrival notifications from bank.
• Making L/C credit application L/C amendment, application for telex transfers.
• Making promissory notes for L/C financing Loan.
• Collect data and prepare monthly metrics.
