- For 3 years I was a member in EMTP environmental monitoring training program (a project funded by Japan international cooperation) from 1999 to 2002 this project was aiming to build up a central lab and 8 lab branches making a network covering all over Egypt by training the central lab staff to be trainers in the field of environmental monitoring.
- For 2 (2002-2004) years I was a member of EMTP FU project which is a follow up project to the original EMTP aiming to upgrade the skills of the central lab staff and promoting for QA/QC.
- From 2001-2003 I was a member of a team responsible for building up a quality system for the central lab with the help of USAID funded project (Strengthening Egyptian Accreditation System -- SEAS) and operated by Louis Berger group aimed to prepare main Egyptian labs to obtain ISO17025 which ended at the year 2003 by achieving the main goal which is certifying the central lab to be an accreted lab for ISO17005 to be the first environmental lab in Egypt to obtain this certificate and the only Air pollution lab in Egypt to obtain this certificate my responsibilities in the team was preparing the technical SOPs, controlling the forms helping in the preparation of the quality manual internal auditing in air pollution lab.
