• Gain and maintain a comprehensive knowledge about Bin Hindi products and services
• Knowledge about how Bin Hindi products and services compare with the competition
• Identify potential customers and projects
• Prepare and present presentations and proposals
• Develop both new and existing accounts and expand business
• Sell and service solutions / products
• Be accountable for all credit interactions with the customer and ensure payment is received in full
• In cooperation with management, produce plans, budgets, forecasts
• Work towards and exceed sales targets set by the company
• Ensure the number of prospects calls each month does not fall below the agreed standard
• Ensure there is a full knowledge of all the key customers decision makers and key influencers
• Maintain and update customer records and enquiry status
• check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
• ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications
• agree a price for materials and make cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project
• manage, monitor and interpret the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect
• liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
• liaise with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws
• plan the work and efficiently organise the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
• resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Surveying several sites in the North Coast and Marsa Matrouh City like ( Marassi, Hacienda, Bo-Island, jumerah, ….. )
• Assisting in the achievement targets, company growth and improvement of services provided within area of responsibility (Marsa-Matrouh City).
• Monitors the market and interfaces with the end users of company products so as to handle any complaints, obtain information on competition activity, projects and responsibilities of products.
• Sets objectives for own area of responsibility and upon approval from the Regional Manager, develops plan of actions
• Implements strategies, in an integral manner, ensuring the improvement of the company image in area of responsibility
• Work on Site inspection for civil construction work and ensure that the work is as per the project specifications and issued for construction drawings/final approved drawings from authorities
• Proper management of materials and workmanship.
• Ensure that all the works meets the stipulated quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for smooth flow of work.
