Duties and Responsibilities :
Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable requirements.
Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion.
Prepares paperwork required to place employee on payroll and establishes personnel file.
Develops and implement company policies and assist other departments on the
implementation of policies.
Recruits employees by advertising job openings and or call applicants.
Conducts hiring process to the applicants such as interview, examination and job orientation.
Lays out the rules, scope of work and job description to successful applicant.
Communicate with employees regarding their inquiries about salary, workloads, work
problem, company rules, and other concerns.
Attends and facilitate job fairs.
Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all
positions.
Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program;
counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews;
recommending changes.
Duties and Responsibilities :
plan and manage recruitment and selection of staff .
plan and conduct new employee orientation.
handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes.
administer employee discipline processes.
conduct exit interviews.
review and update employee rules and regulations.
maintain the human resource information system and employee database.
maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR
functions.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Attending court hearings (and doing the preparation beforehand).
Drawing up contracts and other legal documents .
Negotiating (not all cases will end up in court).
Settling disputes and supervising any agreements.
Analysing legal documents.
Researching and gathering evidence.
