Working in DU account at Al-Ain area to SWAP Nokia and Huawei equipment to Ericsson, implement 5G and new rollout sites.
Achieving:
o SWAP 526 macro site + 74 IBS sites in Al-Ain area in 4 months to meet project due date.
o Implement and integrate 159 new macro sites+ 32 new IBS sites.
o Implement 5G for Al-Ain sites using 64T64R and 8T8R MIMO for macro sites and 5G active and passive solutions in IBS sites.
o Insuring fully dismantling process to return the other vendors materials
o Complete the project in acceptance prospective and handover 95% of overall achieved scope
o Responsible to issue all invoicing for all ASPs and assure no delay
Worked for Vodafone Egypt account for BSS project, to monitor and follow acceptance plan and provide required reports to customer to manage KPI of acceptance and quality for implementation work.
Achieving:
o Increasing and enhance acceptance figures of SWAP, ROT and 5G launching projects to pass 92% during Q1-2021.
o Finalize agreement of acceptance and quality criteria for TDD project after finalize pilot sites.
Worked for Etisalat BSS project
Achieving:
o Overachieve of customer target of 2019, 2020 for all EXP actions.
o Clear 95% from backlog of sites and sites have been accepted.
o Achieve acceptance rate 92% of 2020 work.
o Overachieve of NS target of project during 2020.
Worked for Vodafone Egypt managed service project in different areas (Cairo and Sinai).
Achieving:
o Build new NOC team from fresh graduated engineering to be the golden team in Ericsson MS
