Working for OCS facility management from 1/4/2017 till now:
- Working in SSMC (the new al mafraq hospital) in Abu Dhabi as electrical project
engineer
- Looking after completion of the project with the client and preparing the plans for
DLP and maintenance contracts
- Preparing the MC & PPM s schedule with the suppliers.
A) Working as Electrical Engineer in DUBAI AIRPORT from 1/11/2015 till 1/3/2017:
- Working in the work order #28 as electrical engineer.
- Improvement of the 4 substation in the runway of the airport ( ESU-1, ESU-2, ESU3 and ESU-4 )
- Upgrading the substation’s transformers and the MDBs
- Installing Dynamic UPS in all runway substations
- Testing the sequence of operation for all of breakers and MDBs
- Commissioning the transformers and the MDBs
- Make the necessary calculation of the load and sequence of operation
B) Working for Trans Gulf electro mechanic from 1/1/2012 till 01/11/2015
- Working as senior electrical engineer in TAWAM dialysis center in Tawam hospital till now:
- Preparing all of the electrical drawing for submission and get it approve.
- Preparing the hall electrical system submittal for submission according to the specification and coordination with all of the suppliers in this regard
- Submitting the electrical drawing for approval to AADC, civil defense and ETISALAT
- Getting the overall program as staring the project and feeding back the programming section.
- Following up in regards of the final hand over with testing and commissioning work for all of the MEP systems
- Finalize the work pending to have the TOC from the client.
- Submitting the O&M manuals to consultant in pourer for the final hand over
- Organize the DLP and the one-year maintenance to start and working with it.
C) Working as senior electrical engineer in Wahat Hilli project from 1/1/2012 till 1/6/2015:
- Re designing the SLD drawing and all of the electrical submittal as specifications.
- Coordination with the authority in regard of the approvals like AADC, civil defiance, ETISALAT etc.
- Coordination with the entire respective supplier in regards the approvals from the consultant and working on site according to the specification and approves method of statement
- Energize the entire substations on the project with respect of AADC approvals rules and regulation (3 substations).
- Testing and commissioning the ELV systems with respect to approve method of statement
- Following up for closing the project with all the necessary documentation like (O&M manuals, final inspections and final accounts).
- Finishing the DLP and the one-year maintenance for the mention project with all action plans, final snags and organizing the final works.
• Working for Power Mamuth LLC from 1/9/2011 to 29/12/2011
- Working as electrical engineer in water front project Dubai
- Applying all of the electrical drawing and review with consultant
- Controlling the site and managing the labors with site engineers
- Getting the feedback from the site and updating the overall program
• Working for MAPCO from 25/5/2009 till 1/7/2011
A) 1/5/2011 till now as site engineer in Jumeirah Island Heights project:
- Ability to calculate the total load for buildings and projects.
- Knowing about CTV, MATV, and DU telephone (TELE) systems.
- Good knowledge in DEWA system and requirement
B) 5/1/2011 to 1/5/2011 as site engineer in Baniyas Commercial & Residential Complex:
- Worked as site engineer in the villas
- Handling the mall site for the substation development
- Submit and hand over the villas for the ADDC with the substation
- Follow up the low current systems in the mall as site engineer
C) 25/5/2009 to 7/1/2011 as site engineer in Wahat Hilli project mall and hotel:
- Good knowledge in light and power system.
- Knowledge of HV system
- Good knowledge in LV and transformer systems
- Worked with fire alarm, public address and low current systems
- Knowledge in ETISALAT systems
• Worked in ohm electromechanical as project engineer from 1/9/2007 to 20/5/2009
- Worked in twin towers project plotted in al khan in al sharjah.
- Finished one project in almajaz 2 in al sharjah.
- Have a good knowledge in power transformers.
- Worked with CCTV, MATV, and TELE. Systems.
- Good knowledge in DEWA, SEWA, FEWA, ETISALAT system and requirements
