Tasks and Responsibility
MAIN Responsibility for Modeling BIM and Development of all Infrastructure Utilities (Foul Drainage Network
with Lifting station, Surface drainage Network with Pump station, Hydrology Channels, Potable Water Network
with Fire hydrant, Renewed Water Network, Mineralized Water Network, Street Lighting, MV, HV, ICT
Assign the GIS information and COBie Parameters in etch Stage as required in the eLOD matrix with the
Following BIM Execution Plan of NEOM Project.
Preparing all design components such as C3D templates for all departments, libraries, and families.
Manage information quality in the Common Data Environment (CDE) by reviewing in BIM 360 and validating
information formats, delivery formats, the structure of the information model, and means of structuring and
classifying infrastructure information.
Works with BIM Manger, Design Leads, and Engineers to develop engineering drawings consisting of basic
arrangements, layout sheets, assemblies, isometrics, and component details from rough sketches and/or from
general engineering and design information according to established standards and procedures, and to ensure
timely implementation and completion.
As a BIM Lead infrastructure Utilities I do Coordination in BIM and GIS with other BIM Leads in the different
disciplines as structural and architectural with working collaboratively.. etc. to ensure all clashes have been
solved.
Understand the BIM modeling process and able to manage all Infrastructure utilities BIM-related activities
from project start-up to project completion.
Work closely with BIM Manager and Design Leads to ensure the project’s compliance with the given policies
and processes, and to ensure timely implementation and completion.
Review, verification, and validation of design data and BIM deliverables in BIM360 workflow for regional and
primary infrastructure in the context of model data and extended data to ensure consistency and conformance
with NEOM BIM objectives and requirements.
Good knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks, Performing Clash detection, and Preparing clash reports, and
Assisting the BIM manager in delivery phases and creating the Federating models and clash matrix for master
MIDP to All Utility infra and buildings.
Review each drawing for readability, presentation, and adherence to standards, in accordance with the
company QA/QC process of the NEOM Project.
Ensures all models are compatible with BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

MAIN Responsibility for Modelling BIM and Development of all Infrastructure Utilities (Potable Water With
fire hydrant, Irrigation, Sewer Water, Storm Water, Street Lighting, LV, MV WITH 25 substaƟons, HV, ICT,
TLC, SEC, Existing Utilities Survey in the project to 3D BIM with Asset informaƟon COBie Parameters in Stages
as mention in eLOD requirements with the Following BIM Execution Plan of Diriyah Project
Strong expertise in preparing design drawings for All Utilities (Wet-Dry), Roads, Tunnel, Structure plans,
profiles, surfaces, alignment, assemblies, corridors, typical / cross-sections, grading, general layouts,
sidewalk, topographical maps, setting out, detours, traffic signal, the scope of work, safety barrier,
guardrail, security fencing shop drawings and so on
Understand and implement solutions in support of the project BIM strategy, Exchange requirements, Asset
Information Requirements, and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
Develop and review CAD and 3D Revit and C3D model templates for standardizing the deliverables.
Ensuring coordination of BIM activities (i.e., coordinate systems, standard templates, clash management,
design review, etc) and resources are shared and complied with among the design consultants and
contractors.
Proficiency with BIM360 and seƫng up workflows and reporting.
Proficiency with Navisworks and interference management.
Attending internal BIM meetings for markups and changes and attending the external BIM Coordination
meetings with WSP Consulting to Coordinate the zones and limit of work between us.
Manage the hand-off of milestone models and templates to consultants and contractors per the project
design and contracting work packaging strategy
Support training of all stakeholders of the BIM360 Docs and associated workflows to support the delivery of
the project’s key processes.
Works with BIM lead, Design Leads, and Engineers to develop engineering drawings consisting of basic

rough sketches and/or from general engineering and design information according to established standards

Supports the regular assessments of the consultants and contractors to review the implementation of their
respective BIM & GIS Execution Plans (BEP) and their compliance with the project execution strategy, and to
seek opportunities for improvement.
Serves as a liaison between design subcontractors, construction, SMEs and IT for resolution of BIM-related
issues and answer TQs
Supports estimating and construction in developing standard processes for the reporting of design quantity
take-offs, enables construction quantity reporting processes and forecasting by the EPM
Supports the development of progress, quality and other reports and dashboards for project management
from BIM 360
Ability to manage multiple job assignments.
Check and combine federated models for Regional and primary Infra teams at plot boundaries and ROWs
and utility corridor interfaces.
