Review offers and quotations submitted by bidders, subcontractors, supplier & vendors to carryout technical and cost evaluation, accordingly dry cost to be estimated.
• Carry out responsibility to place all purchase orders of civil & finishing materials .
• Prepare and review tender documents, drawings, BOQ, scope of work, Specification, special & general conditions, To be verified all together, accordingly tender to be estimated and submitted
• Prepare Cost estimate break down for BOQ items considering the direct costs, Negotiate the prices and delivery period then Prepare the comparison
sheet which including all technical and commercial issues.

• Receiving of all relevant inquiries regarding all building materials and packages.
• Reviewing all the technical requirements before submissions the purchase orders.
• Review the material specification lists and schedules.
• Holding meetings and workshops with design team and consultant to discuss the requirements.
• Prepare the purchase orders.

Studying all phases of the project, analysing price and making a cost break down for every items.
Contracting to the contractors and suppliers, taking decisions regarding subcontractors and prices.
Supervising to the quantity serveyors and leading them and explaing all under items to them, and making sure that the quantities are correct.ر

• Preparing Variation Orders and its relevant work,
• preparing progress reports (monthly & weekly), preparing daily report, handing over status report,
• Following up subcontractor’s progress.
• Attending all progress and handover meetings with client.
• Preparation of TAKE-OFF from Drawing for the Project Scope of Work.

• Making sure that our team has the tools they need to execute the project.
• Creating a project schedule, with milestones, due dates and estimates for those materials that are required and other resources,
• Helping with the documentation of each phase of the project,
• Working with team members in the field or on site who have project issues.
