• Following the manufacturing orders.
• Responsible for obtaining materials and equipment required.

• Establishing the production systems needed and production line process required for each product line.
• Specify and handle quantity surveying, costs, cost analysis and cutting lists.
• Ensuring that the production is cost effective also updating and improving product with the design department.

• Estimating costs and setting the quality standard.
• Supervising and motivating all factory workers.
• Responsible for Corrective, maintenance, Troubleshoot, and repair for Diesel Engines.
• Support the operations with Preventive Maintenance plan.
• Prepare the list of Spare parts needed and ensure parts availability before maintenance.
• Ability to carry out overhaul for Mechanical equipment according to it’s Manual.
• Schedule the maintenance plans on time to avoid the failure.
• Checking the Magnetic Pickup, heat, and pressure sensors.
• Working on AC Synchronous Generators (Stator, Rotor and Excitation circuits).
• Adjust Speed control and AVR parameters.
• Responsible for installation and removal of mechanical systems components.
• Capable of repairing and troubleshooting Diesel Engine.
• Checking the fuel circle, quality of the oil, engines parameters.
• Ability to carry out overhaul for Diesel engine.
