Overseeing construction activities in site.
monitoring and supervision of the work progress including coordination with inside parties as well as outside suppliers and contractors.
Setting goals, targets and deadlines for projects. - Planning of construction activities at sites. - Defining materials and suppliers for projects at sites. - Controlling supply, storage and consumption of materials and suppliers. - Managing and evaluating of construction activities on weekly and monthly basis. - Controlling expenses at sites to be within budgeted amounts. - Developing solution for technical and administrative problems that arise during operations. - Handling communications and sorting out problems with clients, consultants, clients project managers and alike. - Managing and evaluation of staff. Main Projects Executed 3 Mega textile factories on a total of 90000 squared meter area / Burj Al Arab industrial city free zone. Client: Calik Holding. Consultant: African consultant office. Glass and rock wool twin factories in Sadat industrial city on a total of 120000 squared meter area. Client: Citadel Capital, Consultant: Dr, Bahaa el Menofy consulting. Faragallah Food Industries: Dairy products factory on a 50000 square meter area / Burj Al Arab industrial city. Client : Faragallah Food Industries, Consultant: Dr. Fathy Abd Rabo Zahran Group: Household Utilities factory on a 65000 square meter area. / Burj Al Arab industrial city Client: Zahran group Consultant: Dar Al Khebra 6 main bridges in Alex- Cairo desert road. Including Pilling, concrete, Steel beams installation, road works and finishing works. Client: Egyptian Armed Forces Consultant: Moharram-Bakhoum
