Job Description:

- Prepare, design, and Architectural specifications with all contractual standard like
ADA-FGI-IBC-NFPA-KFD-FSP-RDS

- Create Arcitectural model using “Revit” software.

- Prepare ALL Architectural shop drawings from the model (LOD 400).

- Create “Revit” families in response to project need.

- Prepare scaled drawings of the project.

-Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using NavisWork Manage

- Coordination between Architecture model and all other disciplines' models.

- Prepare BOQ for all Architectural elements.

- Review architectural drawings and ( structural, Electriacal and mechanichal )
drawings
and produce documents accordingly.

- Conduct BIM standards implementation and development.

​ ​-Duties & Responsibilities :
-work with a team of mechanical engineers, structural engineers, electrical engineers,
and others associated with the construction projects.
- used architectural background in reviewing design and sketches of construction
projects.
- main responsibilities is to ensure projects are in compliance with the state and
federal regulations. also ensure that every single document related to the project is well
maintained and there is no gap of communication between clients, architects, construction
team, and the local authorities.
-Review architectural drawings and electro-mechanichal drawings and produce documents
accordingly.
-prepare composite drawing which included all services ( plumping - electrical - hvac -
fire fighting - water supply - drainge and medical gasez ) to show the relations between
them and provide the solutions to avoid any conflict between the services .
-Review 3D BIM models from consultants and contractors.
-Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using NavisWork Manage..
-prepare all shop drawing from Revit Model and Autocad
- Conduct BIM standards implementation and development.
