Jobs tasks are:
In Photometry Lab.
Calibrating all different types of lux meter & color meter
& standard lambs & photo detector.
Measurement the transmissions & reflection of optical factor.
In Length Lab.
Calibrating all different types of caliper & micrometer gauge block & rules & tapes & bolter
Measurement the (X. Y. Z) dimension & angel.
In Environment measurement lab.
Calibrating all different types of tachometer & TDS device & air velocity & spectrophotometer
Measurement the noise & pollution in work place.
In Volume & Flow Lab.
Calibrating all different types of pipette & burette & scale cylinder & beaker & flask.
Test all types of water follow (counters)
Prepare the calibration procedures and performing the calibration according to those procedures.
Develop the calibration methods and making the validation for these methods.
Issuing calibration certificates including uncertainty of measurements.
Participate with crew of the labs in the accreditation of the labs according to ISO/IEC17025/2005 requirements.
Participate in preparing the QM, Procedures manual, Forms and QA.
Performing the training plan for the trainee personnel.
In Thermocouple Platinum resistance thermometer
lab.
Calibrating all different types of thermocouples, Platinum resistance thermometer, incubators, ovens and induction furnaces
Prepare the calibration procedures and performing the calibration according to those procedures.
Develop the calibration methods and making the validation for these methods.
Issuing calibration certificates including uncertainty of measurements.
Participate with crew of the labs in the accreditation of the labs according to ISO/IEC17025/2005 requirements.
Participate in preparing the QM, Procedures manual, Forms and QA.
