Job Description :
1-Responsible for execution of operation & maintenance of HP/LP Reciprocating Gas Compressor driven by Gas Engine
2-Executing standard maintenance schedule aiming at zero breakdown time in process control by implementing strategies in alignment with the initiatives and providing a clear sense of direction.
3-Responsible for preparing and achieving the all types of maintenance like Preventive, Corrective and Emergency maintenance for all instrumentation
4-Participate in operation work planning based on work order in the CMMS SAP PM system and control the execution of work order approved in CMMS SAP PM.
6-Investigation & dealing with troubleshooting of instruments failures during plant commissioning activities and start up this plants for all equipment such as, 30 gas compressors(Areal) driven by Gas Engine (Waukesha-L5794 GSI/L7044 GSI), 6 Solar gas turbine (MARS100) controlled by ALLEN-BRADLEY PLC RS logic 5000
•Performing all type of Maintenance (Preventive, Protective, and Emergency) for all types’ instrument items for the gas turbines and all utility units Like Water Treatment, Gas Compressor, Air Compressor, Black Start Diesel Generator (BSDG), and F&G systems for Gas Turbine Power Plant GTPP.
•Ability to write detailed repair reports as well as good verbal communication.
7-Supervision and Coordination of the operations involved in the execution of the maintenance Fire and Gas systems like Gas Detectors (H2S, CH4 and Flammable), Smoke Detectors and Heat Detectors (Honeywell, DET_TRONIC, General Monitors and Drager), and also, familiar with the deluge valve systems and dealing with the trouble shooting when required.
8-Field Diagnostics Check and Remote calibration using HART 375 & 475 Communicator.
9-Control Valves like On-OFF Valve, Divert Valve, Circulation Valve, and all type of Positioners like pneumatic, Smart (DVC 6000) calibration, installation, over hauling, fault finding and corrective and preventive maintenance like Masoneilan, Valtek, Fisher ABB and other manufacturer, MOV’s of Rotork Biffi Bench set Calibration and Stroke Checking.
10-Solving the Troubleshooting and maintenance of Field Instruments:
- Draft Pressure Transmitters, Differential Pressure Transmitters, Inline Pressure transmitter, Temperature Transmitters, DP Flow Transmitters, Vortex Flow Transmitters, Ultrasonic Flow Transmitters, Gamma Ray Level Transmitters, DP Level Transmitters, Float Type Level Transmitter, Ultrasonic Level Transmitter (Rosemount, Mobrey, Honeywell, Foxboro, GE, Masoneilan, Brooks Instrument)

Job Description:
1- Responsible for preparing and achieving the all types of maintenance like Preventive, Corrective and Emergency maintenance for all instrumentation items.

Responsible for preparing and achieving the preventive and corrective maintenance work order for all instrumentation items which covers:-
1-Calibration and adjustment the field instruments like pressure, Temperature, level, flow transmitters and switches.
2-Testing, calibration and maintenance all types of control valves.
3-Maintaining the local panels including PLC’S and dealing with the trouble shooting for control system and for PLC’S SIEMENS SIMATIC S5 - 115H, SIMATIC S7 - 300 and ALLEN-BRADLEY PLC 5/20C, 5/40C.
4- Design and sizing valve selection for any types of control valves.
5-Design and build the control loop and select the field instruments like, pressure, temperature, level and flow transmitter and switches according to functional and performance specifications.
6-Performing the loop check, sequence check for the control panel including PLC’S
7-Maintenance for all types of the protection instruments for the gas turbines like over speed, over temperature, vibration modules and calibrating the Bentley Nevada system for vibration.
8-- Observing the operation of Tanks' gauging system and adjusting the Reading to match the actual tank level dealing with the trouble shooting when required.
9-Reviews the Bill of Quantities prepared by design engineers and contractors to ensure that in according to the drawings and specifications codes and standards.
10-Reviews the cost estimates submitted by contractor, and ensures that compliance with Agreement, Contract drawings, Specification and accuracy of Company requirements.
11-Preparation of Bill of Quantities based on Drawings and Specification.
12-Good knowledge of work safety activities in the plant such as: Work Permit, Equipment Isolation, Working at heights, Chemicals handling, Scaffolds erection, Confined space entry, etc.
