Operation Manager between MCL (MAG GROUP) and third party for operations, logistics, and accounts. - August 2014 till date.
Preparing all the invoices for third party.
Checking all supplier cost invoices.
Communicating with the accounts department for payments, approvals, and collecting checks.
Tracking and implementing all the logistics (costs and sales)
Coordinating and assisting the Branch Manager and Business Development Manager.
Monitor and manage business to meet customer’s expectations and satisfactions.
Checking work reports and data entry from the equipment department to ensure it is done correctly.
Updating shared system for any future references.
Identify problems in equipment departments.
Maintaining all jobs done for reference purposes.
Liaise between customers and management.
