• Forming and machining of materials such as rolling, cutting and straight bending of carbon steel and stainless steel also Duplex materials in case of forming.
• Possess experience in calculating bulk material and consumables for the required fabrication.
• Pumps and Valves Maintenance such as change oil seal and bearings of pumps and mechanical seals, also change stuffing of valves.
• Check the quality of Arc welding of different materials like carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron and duplex.
• Choose suitable flanges to connect between lines by pipedata application and head Technicians to cut pipes by angle grinder.
• Manage the fabrication shop facility and supervise the work shop work force in a 12 hours daily.
• Have a good experience in fabrication of piping spools with different material such as carbon steel, Stainless steel and Duplex steel.
• Perform Excel sheet to enclose the raw materials in the main store including plumbing, welding, milling and turning.
• Carry out all tasks in safe manner according to HSE instructions.
• As a workshop leader we perform different types of gaskets, choose appropriate pipes and carry out Flanges.
• Maintenance of machines including changing belts and bearings, checking the Oil levels in all machines in 3 lines (cleaning line, heating and extruding line and finally heat treatment and pressing line), installation of machines parts after handling defects.
• Submits recommendations to each line leader.
• Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects with the factory profit.
• Design of Cooling Rooms including taking
measurements
• Cutting of the sheet iron and inserting it in the hydraulics piston to fill it with foams to make sandwich panel at pressure 10 bar.
• Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders by connecting to the factory owner and cooling department to ameliorate the performance.
• Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations.
• We install the sandwich panel before choosing the suitable cooling system, this Sandwich panel isolate the cooling room from the atmosphere temperature.
• Preventive and regularly monthly maintenance of Corrugator line, ward machine, Curioni machine and Bobst machine.
• Troubleshoot equipment faults.
• Monitors all equipment’s on production line, makes necessary adjustments and repairs to maintain smooth running of production line.
• Proceed a small hydraulic catalog for the pressing machine to purchase the spare parts.
• Maintenance of Corrugator line, Curioni machine, Bobst machine and 350 machine including changing belts, bearings and checking all belts, bearings and gears.
• Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve maintenance costs.
• Choose the suitable spare parts of machines to purchase.
• Establishing safety procedures and protocols that improve the workers' behaviour.
