Managing and delivering MS EPM 2007\2010 including customer requirements gathering, envisioning and planning sessions, development of functional and deployment specifications, installation and system configuration, training, mentoring and support.
Development and delivery of customized training in EPM for Project Managers and Team Members, EPM for Administrators in Project Management Office (PMO) and MS Project Professional 2007\2010.
Delivery of EPM 2007 including customer requirements gathering, envisioning and planning sessions, development of functional and deployment specifications, installation and system configuration, training, mentoring and support.
Development and delivery of customized training in EPM for Project Managers and Team Members, EPM for Administrators in Project Management Office (PMO) and MS Project Professional 2007.
• Responsible on Review, qualifying and respond to the incoming opportunities based on the required solution(s).
• Responsible for all RFP, RFQ, RFI, etc and the response to the client
• Coordinator between Sales force and the technical team in proposal issue.
• Coordinator with partners and subcontractors for proposal issue.
• Initiating the Re-engineering processes to improve productivity and efficiency of the bid management unit and its deliverable.
