Install, configure, and maintain network services, equipment and devices, Monitors system performance and implements performance tuning, Documents network problems and resolution for future reference.
 Working closely with other departments/organizations collaborating with other IT staff and monitoring the use of the web by employees.
 Manage user accounts, permissions, email, and anti-virus(Kaspersky Kit & client).
 Communicates effectively with internal clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
 Working on ERP System(Baan System(GL, Payroll, Recivables and Fixed Asset ), good Knowledge with SQL Server 2005.
 Working on Virtualization System(VMware Vsphere 5) and Windows Server 2003& 2008(IBM Servers& DELL Servers).
 Manage user accounts, permissions, email, and anti-virus, anti-spam.
 Suggesting and providing IT solutions and management problems.
 Communicates effectively with internal clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
 Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, and disaster recovery.
