Management Skills
• Ensure that customer requirements are fulfilled to the highest possible standards at all times
• Control Workshop Man power
• Review on going workshop maintenance and repair projects and provide engineering support for their completion
• Interfere with technician for the technical jobs
• Follow up and confirming the standard procedures of repair as per supplier standard
• Supervise and participate in Central Warehouse activities related to dispatching and delivery of materials and supplies to ensure effective and efficient delivery operations and material transportation
• Preparation of the materials as per purchase orders received. Afterwards, reconciliation of all purchase orders against issued SR. Sort and prioritize items for delivery.
• Direct, plan, monitor and evaluate the work activities of all drivers. Prepare the route map for scheduling deliveries. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, training of employees, rewarding and disciplining employees, and addressing and satisfactorily resolving problems and conflicts.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and more
• Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues
Technical Skills
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
• Install, configure, troubleshoot and configure operating system and software problems, for workstations and servers
• Excellent troubleshooting and maintenance skills
• Installation of (Solaris SPARC and x86-Based Systems, MS Windows (server, XP, vista, Win 7, and win 8)
• Diagnostic and test the Sun servers and workstations
• Install a Sun Ray server on both Solaris Sparc and x86 platforms
• Live Upgrade (OS Release Upgrade, Patching, Migrations from UFS to ZFS)
• Installation of local zones on Sun Solaris 10 Servers.
• Ability to learn new technologies and deal with new products
• Install, configure, troubleshoot and configure CCTV and Low Voltage devices
