® Improving safety performance to fulfill with safety standards and
regulations.
® Maintaining a strong and consistent presence at the rig site during
critical and high-risk operations, ensuring real-time oversight and
intervention.
® Leading by example in adhering to and promoting safety
standards, procedures, and instructions.
® Ensure Operation tasks are executed safely and in strict compliance
with established procedures and client requirements.
@ Follow up with management to close outstanding items raised from
(audits, visits, inspections, ...)
@ Conduct daily hazard hunt to identify the potential hazards.
Deliver the required inhouse training for rig crews.
® Performing the required different types of drills to increase the
reliability of crews to deal with emergency situations.
® Conducting practical training for life saving equipment usage at the rig
site.

Promoting safety leadership and establish the safety championship.
® Monitoring and measuring the key performance indicators and
identifying the strength, weaknesses, threats and opportunities.
® Maintaining and updating site specific compliance programs and
conducting audits against the requirements.
@ Conduct daily rig safety inspections together with respective department
supervisors
® Supporting and advising the working crews on the drilling rig
regarding the safety issues related to the operation of the rig.
® Performing the required in field training and different types of drills
to increase the reliability of crews to deal with emergency situations.
@ Conducting on-job training sessions for rig crew

® Reporting STOP Cards and follow up closing the open items.
® Conduct Pre-Tour, Pre-Job Safety Meeting and TBT for rig activity.
® Inspect all rig lifting gears and update the Lifting Gears Register.
® Coordinate in maintaining safety and emergency equipment and
firefighting equipment.
® Reporting rig unsafe acts, conditions and observations. Setting
action plan for tracking open observations
@ Assist in planning and conducting required inspections and emergency
response drills.
® Prepare safety report at the end of each hitch and forward to
respective HSE Manager and all rig department supervisors.
Conduct risk assessment with Task team members and Supervisors.
® Conducting Weekly, Monthly and OJT for Rig Crew.
® Preparing Rig KPI Monthly Package.
