Main Responsibilities:
• Site Management: Managing manpower, machinery, materials, and work delivery to consultants and clients.
• Projects: Oil and Gas Networks, F.O.C Laying, Earth Works, Roads Works, Asphalt Works, Sewerage Networks, Stormwater Draining, Subsurface Draining, Underground Utilities Works, Concrete Reinforcement Works, Green Area & Landscape, Curbstone and Interlock.
Office Responsibilities:
• Obtaining necessary permits for road and infrastructure projects and oil and gas projects with government agencies.
• Developing work programs for contractors and supervising implementation and delivery reports.
• Coordinating with consultants and clients through regular meetings and attending weekly productivity meetings.
Site Responsibilities:
1. Managing construction project sites. 2. Monitoring productivity rates. 3. Overseeing work and conducting site surveys. 4. Ensuring adherence to technical designs and drawings. 5. Supervising site staff. 6. Meeting agreed specifications, budgets, and timelines. 7. Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and professional staff, including quantity surveyors and project managers. 8. Providing technical advice and solving on-site problems. 9. Coordinating with quantity surveyors for material ordering and pricing. 10. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sustainability policies and legislation.

• Projects: Earth Works, Roads Works, Asphalt Works, Sewerage Networks, Stormwater Draining, Subsurface Draining, Underground Utilities Works, Green Area & Landscape, Curbstone and Interlock.

Office Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for preparing & updating projects BOQs and calculating quantities.
2. Review schematic designs of new projects received from the design team, to verify their compliance
with local building codes & regulations.
3. Responsible for the technical revision of all architecture drawings, at different phases of the work
progress.
4. Responsible for reviewing structure & MEP drawings and technical coordination between all
disciplines.
5. Responsible for reviewing all shop drawings received from contractors.
6. Responsible for communicating with contractors & suppliers.
7. Responsible for creating any required construction details.
8. Responsible for regularly updating the “Construction *Details Library”.
9. Responsible for regularly updating the “Vendors List” of manufacturers and suppliers.
10. Responsible for responding to RFIs and site queries.
11. Attend meetings with consultants, contractors, suppliers & client representatives as needed.
12. Reporting to the Project Manager.
Site Responsibilities:
1. Managing the sites of construction projects.
2. Overseeing building work.
3. Undertaking surveys.
4. Setting out sites.
5. Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
6. Supervising site staff.
7. Meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales.
8. Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantities surveyors and
the overall project manager.
9. Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
10. Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
11. Liaising with quantities surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials.
12. Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation.
Main Responsibilities:
• Site Management: Overseeing work, conducting surveys, ensuring adherence to designs, supervising staff, and maintaining specifications, budgets, and timelines.
