• Work Order #029 Project End User: NEOM Company Project PMC: BECHTEL Project Scope: Infrastructure Earthwork and Spine Earth Cut Tunnels Preparation Works for NEOM Spine Project - Design and Build;
o Mass Excavation Works for Spine Earth Cut Tunnels, of a length 4 Kms. And an approx. dig volume of 4.5 M Cubic Meters,
o Design and Construction of Excavated Trenches batter and Slope Protection,
o Design and Construction of Embankment Fill Protection Dikes for Mitigation of Critical Floods at Project Area, for an approx. length of 8 Kms. And fill volume of 390 K Cubic Meters,
o Design and Construction of Dike protection works by Gabion Box and Riprap for both diversion and mitigation Dikes, Total Rock volume of approx. 180 K Cubic Meters,
o Demolishing Works of an Existing 900 meters length existing Dam - Sharma Dam,
Duties and Responsibilities
o Lead the Execution of the Work Order project according to Project Scope of Work, schedule and budget.
o Leverage expertise in project execution and provide the appropriate actions for the team to follow through all project phases.
o Provide the technical and project management oversight to the design, construction, handover and close out of projects.
o Ensure timely resolution of project issues arising in all phases while development of project.
o Ensure safety measures are implemented in the projects execution.
o Implement company initiatives in project and fully familiarity with company Key Performance Indices (KPIs) and implement throughout different phases of the project.
o In liaison with Company Corporate Departments; Prepare/Review monthly project performance reports showing the status of Design/ Engineering SOW, material procurement, construction, milestones, commitments, payments, charges, variances from standards, waivers and problems and present them to higher management.
o Anticipate and plan for changes in project scope, time or costs. Prepare documentation, assess associated risk and change impact. Prepare mitigation plans and action for managing defined changes, then; obtain management approval for guidance and implementation.
o Assign appropriate manpower and machinery to all parts and phases of the project.
o Ensure appropriate training and development paths are assigned to each division employee, through the quarter evaluation and assessment of project employees.
o Oversee and review incoming and outgoing correspondence concerning the project along different project disciplinaries.
o Ensure that proper job records are maintained on all project activities and work packages.
o Negotiate agreements and change/ variation orders with design and execution contractors, as well as with the client and the clients representative.
o Guide and direct team members in the application of standards. Assure that variances from standards are minimized, keeping the client and his representative are fully aware with changes and obtained required approval for changes. Prepare relevant change justification and proof of its suitability for implementation.
o Responsible for project development through engineering studies, technical/ commercial bid reviews, preliminary engineering, detail design, materials procurement, construction, handover and close out.
o Review weekly and monthly reports on the status and progress of the contracts, including project costs and schedule.
o Attend project progress meetings, held project internal weekly meetings for activities progress, design review, quality control and value improvement.
o Review of project schedule, coordinate and monitor with the project team the assigned project progress and challenges facing below par activity performance or quality issues. Guide and advise for rectification plan and monitor and mentor implementations.
Project Name: Lower Fars Heavy Oil Development Project (LFHO) Project End User: Kuwait Oil Company - KOC Major Projects Team (XII)
Project PMC: Worley Parsons Kuwait - WPK Project Scope: EPC of Heavy Oil Export Facilities including;
o Aboveground 24 and 36 Heavy Oil Reception Facilities at KOC South Tank Farm (STF),
o Underground 36 Heavy Oil Loading CS Pipeline 3.6 KM Length,
o 2 Nos. Heavy Oil Sampling Skids,
o Heavy Oil Mixing and upgrade static and jet mixing Skids,
o Blended Oil (Export Grade) Metering and Sampling Skids,
o 5 Nos. Receiving and Loading U/G pipelines (600 mts. Each) including 5 Hot Tapping Tie-in Points on Existing KOC Loading Manifold Station of Export Loading Piers pipelines.

Project PMC: Worley Parsons Kuwait - WPK Project Scope: EPC of Cross Country DN 30 RTRP Pipeline including;
o 30 RTRP Make-up Water Pipeline (MWL) 130 Kms.
o 2 Nos. FOC Lines from Central Process Facilities (CPF) to KOC South Tank Farm Facilities (STF)
o Construction of 13 nos. Sectional Valve Stations Pits, including Solar Panels, RTU Units and diferent service and security Facilities,
o Construction and execution of 10 Nos. Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) for Trenchless Crossing of Pipelines and FOC Lines under major highways and existing critical facilities along pipeline and FOC routes,
o Pipeline Pig Launching Facility Area at Water Treatment Plant Pump Station,
o Pig Receiving Facility at Heavy Oil Central Process Facilities (CPF).
During this role service, the responsibility was to oversee and support construction execution activities of several projects across the globe by monitoring and mentoring ongoing projects to ensure that projects execution is within project budget and time frame to the applicable standard as per each project specification. Major projects under responsibility;
Project Name : SOKHNA Super Critical Thermal Power Plant (2 x 650 MW) Project End User : Ministry of Electricity and Energy, Egypt Project PMC : PGESCO Main Contractor : BESIX ORASCOM - JV
Responsible for successful project execution through achieving project objectives and deliverables;
o EPC of 3 Subsea Sea Water Intakes RTRP Pipelines DN3000mm (1 Km Each),
o EPC of 3 Underground DN3000mm RTRP Outfall Pipelines (650 Mts. Each),
o EPC of underground and aboveground RTRP Piping networks for open and closed Water-Cooling Systems.
Location : Algeria Project Name : TERGA Combined Cycle Power Plant (3 x 400 MW) Project End User : SKT - SONELGAZ AND SONATRACH Project PMC : ALSTOM Main Contractor : ORASCOM
Responsible for successful project execution through achieving project objectives and deliverables;
o EPC of 3 Open Cooling Systems underground supply RTRP Pipelines DN1600mm - 23000mm (1 Km each) from Pump house to HRSG Gas Turbine Condenser Units,
o EPC of 3 Open Cooling Systems underground discharge RTRP Pipelines DN23000mm (1 Km each) from Condenser Units to Sea Outfall Structure,
o EPC of underground and aboveground Piping networks for open and closed cooling systems and HRSG Gas Turbine Condenser Units internal cleaning systems.
o EPC of Hypo Chlorite generation unit RTRP piping distribution system/ network for sea water intake HDPE pipelines.
Project Name : Yemen Liquefied Natural Gas Plant - Yemen LNG (2 x Trains) Project End User : TOTAL Main Contractor : YEMGAS (Technip - KBR JV)
Responsible for successful project execution through achieving project objectives and deliverables;
o Supervise on Installation of 2 Subsea Sea Water Intakes RTRP Pipelines DN2300mm (1 Km each),
o Supervise on Installation of 2 Subsea Sea Water outfalls RTRP Pipelines DN2300mm (1 Km each)
o EPC of 2 Underground Sea Water Supply DN2300mm RTRP Pipelines from Pump house to plant condenser units, including Closed Cooling System Networks within LNG plant (2 LNG Train Units) and plant Ofsite Utilities,
o EPC of 2 Underground Sea Water discharge DN2300mm RTRP Pipelines from plant Condenser Units to Sea Water Discharge Open Channels,
o EPC of underground and aboveground RTRP firewater Pipelines and Piping systems within FW Pump House, Firewater storage tanks and Firewater network UG and AG within LNG Trains, plant of site areas and LNG Loading Jetty,
o EPC of underground and aboveground RTRP piping networks for Open/ Closed Cooling Systems and Condenser Cleaning Systems.
o EPC of Hypo Chlorite generation and distribution system for sea water intake RTRP Pipelines.
