- Responsible for design, development and implementation of the SAP HCM System.
- Executes the accurate and timely payment of monthly payroll and other expenses claims, making the appropriate statutory deductions.
- Perform separation actions of resignations & terminations.
- Regularly review reward policies and procedures and conduct salary survey from time to time to ensure that they are in line with market practice.
- Maintain accurate and timely reports related to manpower costs and provisions.
- Recruit employees and follow up induction programs.
- Manager performance management system "customized online system"
- Maintain Job descriptions file for each job.
- Update HR policy procedures manual regularly.
Identifying selection criteria by studying job description and job qualifications
Responsible on the recruitment process, using a variety of recruiting tools and techniques including networking sites such as LinkedIn, internet job boards, university recruiting events, job fairs, advertising and our recruiting database.
Screening CVs & conduct screening telephone interviews, and arranging supported assessments
Process visa process for oversees recruiting (Arabian & European countries).
Manage the on-boarding process for local and overseas hiring
Prepare reports related to recruitment
Undertake other recruitment related duties as assigned by the Manager
Implement and Development improvement for recruitment Policies and procedures.
Perform searches for qualified candidates, In charge of internal/external job posting through different recruitment channels.
Evaluate recruitment and selection criteria to ensure conformance to professional, statistical, and testing standards
Identify and use different recruitment resource, ensuring targeting the right candidates caliber
Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
Dispatch offer letters & liaise joining dates & preparation with various internal departments.
Making all deals and agreements with recruitment agencies if needed.
• Conduct Exit Interview for resigned employees to identify areas of weakness and suggest improvement plans.
Conduct orientation program for new comers.
Implement the performance management system and report the results to the HR Di for further analysis.
Assist in set up the annual training plan
Performs other tasks related to personnel.
