• Maintains compliance with state regulations concerning employment.
• Writes, revises, edits and proofreads company Policies and procedures and related documents as needed.
• Works with line managers to develop job descriptions.
• Assists with development/implementation of performance evaluation and rewards systems.
• Responsible for managing day to day Operations employee relations, compensation and progression issues for Operations
• Assists with the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance improvement plans (PIPs) and employee development programs.
• Establishes an in-house employee training system that addresses TOWN TEAM training needs including training needs assessment, new employee orientation, and management development
• Receipt of penalties’ memos and ensure its conformity with the regulations and the investigations of the Legal Affairs and implement the normal administrative penalties (absence without permission / delay / non-departure and keeping a hard copy of the records for each department
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies, tactics, funnels, and procedures.
• Design and oversee recruitment process map.
• Responsible for the development of all sourcing methods and channels to ensure having an up to date database.
• Coordinate with the department managers to forecast future hiring needs and identify gaps.
• Actively participates in recruitment campaigns; job fairs; college relations programs; general networking; etc. to ensure robust candidate pipeline.
• Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization).
• Plan, administer, control, and maintain recruitment budgets, and financial records.
• Assists with development/implementation of performance evaluation and rewards systems.
• Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities:
• Start with receiving the recruitment requisition.
• Begin the recruitment process starting from announcement, receiving resumes, filtration & conducting phone interview or face to face interview.
• Assessment and develop the shortlist of candidates.
• Tracks staff movement, attrition and vacancies and ensures vacancies are filled within stipulated time using the most effective and cost efficient method and sources.
• Formulates recruitment policies related to people management, attraction, and development to build a positive and performance-oriented culture in the Company.
• Evaluate the candidates on company competence core base to be one culture and decrease turnover ratio.
• Follow up with the new hiring for evaluating their performance till they enrolled in work cycle. Preparing reports for any promotions for any employee
• Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.
• Updating the job descriptions depends on the job analysis for each year and if there are any new vacancy
recruitment agencies/third parties as appropriate.
• Works with line managers to develop job descriptions.
