review and verify invoices and check requests
➢ post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
➢ reconcile accounts payable transactions
➢ prepare analysis of accounts
➢ monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
➢ maintain vendor files
➢ correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
➢ Reconcile bank statements
➢ prepare the cash flow statement
➢ Preparation of the tax return )Vat, income tax and Commercial and Industrial
Profit Tax)
➢ assist with month end closing
➢ produce monthly reports
➢ provide supporting documentation for audits
Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to
payment
➢ Process 3 way P.O. matching invoices, up to 100 plus line items
➢ Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
➢ assist with month end closing
➢ Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance
with company policy
Receive products from vendor deliveries
➢ Compare packing lists to company purchase orders and ensure that the
products in each delivery match the packing list
➢ Update the product inventory as products are received and added to our
inventory
➢ Package products for return to vendors
