• Set production area performance standards and align organization.

• Applying maintenance procedures and ensure people and equipment safety.
• Lead the working team administratively and technically on daily basis.
• Achieve and analyze maintenance KPIs and issue periodic follow-up reports.
• Achieve & follow-up weekly electricity, water, gas consumptions.
• Control the maintenance expenses on a weekly basis.
• Technically inspect/accept new spare parts and receive
• Follow up on contractors’ daily performance & on-site activities progress, ensuring quality & conformity.
• Annual revise for equipment’s fixed assets registry.

condition by providing for systematic inspection, detection, and correction of incipient
failures either before they occur or before they develop into major defects.
* Making techniques to help determine the condition of in-service equipment in order to
estimate when maintenance should be performed.
