in this role i m responsible for ensuring a company s policies and procedures comply with regulatory and ethical standards also perform regular audits implement company policies and design control systems conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues assess compliance or operational risks and develop risk management strategies conduct social and environmental audits to ensure adherence to standards identify compliance issues that require follow up or investigation disseminate written policies and procedures related to compliance activities file appropriate compliance reports for clients evaluate testing procedures to meet the specifications of environmental monitoring programs serve as a confidential point of contact for employees to communicate with management seek clarification on issues or dilemmas or report irregularities discuss emerging compliance issues with management or employees ensure the implementation of consistent disciplinary action strategies advise internal management on the implementation operation of compliance programs provide employee training on compliance related topics policies or procedures provide assistance to internal or external auditors in compliance reviews monitor compliance systems to ensure their effectiveness oversee internal reporting systems such as corporate compliance hotlines and inform employees about these systems design or implement improvements in communication monitoring or enforcement of compliance standards verify that all firm and regulatory policies and procedures have been documented implemented and communicated direct the development or implementation of compliance related policies and procedures throughout organization
as a human resources supervisor i play role in defining hr policies adopting best practices and executing hr strategies to meet recruitment goals performed in human resource information systems hris and partnered in managing the full cycle of recruitment work closely with ngos to manage corporate social responsibility standards and support in fostering employee oriented culture also i am responsible for analyzing staff training requirements streamlining training plans estimating training costs and organizing professional development and training programs
