Handling sales of EGYPT MARKET, some of USA CLIENTS & some of OTHER ARAB
MARKET CLIENTS: closing client orders and handling other additional requirements
such as product registrations at destination.
- Directing procedural instructions to team member.
- Handling pre & post-shipment export process.
- Investigate customers’ complaints that arise during the entire process and find
permanent solutions.
- Collaborate with customers to ensure smooth functioning of processes and forecast
all requirements.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with all clients and perform regular
communication with all staff and clients.
- Maintain a collaborative annual target per customer.
- Proficient English to Arabic text translation (i.e. invoices, artworks, manuals,
brochures… etc.)
- Extremely involved in product development: (includes design/artworks, fragrance,
bottles & caps).
Focus on understanding customer needs to link with the process.
- Meeting new & old clients and build an updated database of customers’ needs,
interests, volume of their business, etc. and keep in touch with them after leaving.
- Handles shipment booking process (i.e. DGPC, Export declaration, etc.)
- Liaising with different forwarding agents to negotiate the best freight charges.
- Manage all banking logistics for export activities and prepare required documents
and ensure adherence to all shipping schedule to ensure no loss of sales.
- Manage sales shipment of export products.
- Has taken care of the quality inspection process required by a specific market thru
SGS, TUV and COTECNA.
- Prioritizing tasks to improve customer satisfaction and service level.
- Constantly analyze and find areas of improvement.
- Makes sure goods are shipped as per INCO TERMS (CIF, FOB, EXworks, etc.) agreed.
- Taken care of applying for certificate of origins.
