Provide consultation and training in the HSE field to all types of organizations within GCC especially KSA.
Develop and communicate safety programs to be in compliance with company standards. Assist in the implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS)in all eastern province facilities. Provide safety training in all areas to improve the safety level of employees. Investigate incidents and near misses as they develop and provide recommendations and corrective action plans. Act as leader and member in many of the company’s safety committees. Review and recommend revisions and updates to programs that affect the safety, health, and environment. Inspect and audit facilities regularly to enhance the safety level.

Responsibilities include development of Companies’ Safety Manuals and Standards, development of accident prevention methods and procedures, perform safety audit to various sites and prepare evaluation performance reports, establish hazard risk assessment procedures and control measures, suggest, design, and implement various concepts to improve conditions in the field of environment, and fire protection and prevention for all projects throughout the kingdom and affiliates companies abroad (Europe, Africa, USA, and Asia).
Full responsibility for planning, administering and implementing HS&E standards and procedures of all new plants and buildings construction and renovation projects.
Develop and conduct special courses and presentations in the field of safety, fire protection, and environment.
•Manages EHS activities to ensure the organization complies with EHS regulations as well as internal safety and environmental policies.
•Stay current with environmental regulations so the organization's EHS policies remain current and relevant. Research, evaluate, and recommend changes to enhance EHS performance.
•Anticipate, identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices. Identify, monitor, evaluate, and track all safety activities through audits and statistical analysis from detailed record keeping. Provide expertise and advice on EHS issues to area managers.
•Develop and implement safety awareness, hazard and loss control programs, such as injury reduction and workers' compensation cost management strategies
Responsible for coordination, investigation and implementation of a wide spectrum of environmental and process engineering projects, and risk evaluation and assessment of work environment with New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, U.S.A.
Provide assistance and training in proper implementation of regulations and standards in the field of HS&E for process industries in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Design, plan, and implement special projects in the production facilities to improve quality and cost of product, and to eliminate the hazard and risk associated with the job.
Lead concurrent engineering group at the early stage of product design to improve manufacturability, quality, maintainability, and safety through automation and new technology.
Develop and present specific and general training courses in the field of design for manufacturability, cost reduction, and safety to plant employees at all level.
Coordinate various requirements for the plants and act as liaison representative between the company, vendors, and local regulating agencies.
