Job description and acquired experience:
• Administrate several middleware environments.
• Administrate oracle database.
• Apply and support identity management solutions.
• Support J2EE Applications Deployments.
• Administrate enterprise intranet portal site.
• Applying and monitoring backup and recovery procedures.
• Implementing and managing interfaces between systems.
• 24/7 support for all applications inside the environment.
• Installing SSL certificates (IIS/Apache Tomcat)
• Perform the activities scheduled activities by business and IT change

Environment description and technical experiences:
Applications integration team is part of SDI "services delivery infrastructure"
department, and it is responsible for the installation and the maintenance of any
middleware solution inside the environment and for the creation of the needed
interfaces and APIs.
All the applications in the environment are covered by SSO which is implemented by
using Oracle identity management solution and accessed through our Intranet portal
(Oracle portal 10.1.4 release); we are responsible for administering Oracle identity
management solution and our Intranet portal and for the integration of all the
applications inside the environment with Oracle SSO solution.
The applications inside the environment are built over different products and
technologies, below is a summery for the available products and technologies:
• J2EE applications.
• Oracle WebLogic Server.
• Oracle Application Server
• Oracle forms and reports applications.
• Tomcat apache 5/6/7/8.
• JBoss Web Server.
• SharePoint 2010/2013.
• SOI Environment.
• Microsoft Dynamics 2016.
Many of middleware instances in the environment are installed over different
clustered and stand‐alone OS platforms including
• Sun SOLARIS.
• Linux Red Hat.
• Windows server "2003/2008/2012".
Monitored and controlled by Oracle enterprise grid control 10g release and HP open
view solution, which are used for alarming purposes and performance reporting.
Because of the heterogeneity inside the environment the need for creating customized
interfaces and APIs is high in order to facilitate the data flow between the applications,
below is a general description of the available interfaces and APIs:
• A set of published web services in order to be used by systems inside and
outside the environment, these web services are published over oracle
application server and tomcat apache.
• A set of APIs used to consume web services published inside and outside the
environment; these APIs are built by using PLSQL, JAVA and .NET.
• A set of interfaces used for data migration between different systems, these
interfaces are built by using PLSQL.
EAI - Enterprise Application Integration, which is the middleware communicates and
integrates between different systems IT systems and Network elements. IT systems like
Billing, Customer Relation Management, Fraud Management System, etc. Network
elements like SMSC, IN, etc. This middleware system is using TIBCO products such as
TIBCO EMS, TIBCO.
Job Description and acquired experience:
EAI scheduling:
• Managing EAI interface/engines by switching ON/OFF .
• Deploying the enterprise archive in the TIBCO Administrator.
• Managing EAI EMS Servers.
• Monitor EAI EMS Servers, BW engines and Adapters.
Recycling/Republish
• Daily replication
• Reconciliation with all integrated systems .
• Siebel replication and time outs .
• BSCS time outs, connection failure and API error reports to different teams .
• Provide different teams with xml files extracted from DB in order for them to
investigate.
Reconciliation
• Perform daily reconciliation for the requests receiving and sending to/from
other systems.
• Participate in investigation cases.
Service Calls (IT Service Desk)
• Provide the resolution within the agreed SLAs
EAI Release Deployments
• Perform any planned activity scheduled by business and IT change
management.
• Perform the Sanity tests and Integration tests after every deployment .
• Participate in the integration testing with different applications/teams.
House Keeping
Monitoring the file systems on All EAI Servers and SAN.
Maintain free space on all file systems (Application)
