Manage the daily transactions of HRD in the Corporate Office & Regions.
* Prepares subordinates’ annual KPIs and monitor the achievement through
year-end reviews
* Ensures the agreed KPIs are achieved, as per the agreed quality, time &
cost.
* Plans and oversees the monthly payroll activities.
* Ensures delivery of quality & timely services` to all employees in the
Company.
* Manages the overall Company medical insurance & service providers.
* Controls Company employees’ access to HRMS & Payroll, including
dealerships HR, and finance team.
* Manage Saudization's requirements and comply with HRSD roles &
regulations.
* Manage required the employees services, compliance to HR-policies and
Labor-laws disciplinary-actions, the employees’ legal governmental services
and the daily required Administrative services, including the medical services,
the Reception, the hospitality, business & annual travel. Work scope includes
planning and managing the delivery of quality and timely HR services to all
corporate employees

 Monitored employees’ time records, issued penalties where required-improved discipline
 Prepared GOSI contribution documentation and initiated reports/claims
 Regularly liaised with company GROs to ensure records related to company CR, Chamber of Commerce Membership, and any other legal documents are updated
 Supervised activities of the underwriting staff, recommending measures to improve performance and increase efficiency
 Ensured that the company fully embraces the “Saudization Program”- by employing and developing high performing Saudis nationals
 Prepared personnel files for all the employees, maintaining contracts, salaries and performance appraisal forms
 Prepared important personnel documentation such as certification for renewal of license, release letters, employment certification, communication to other branches and government entities
 Administered documentation requirements for Iqama, Work Permits, Passports, Vehicle Istimara, and Driving Licenses, Visa Applications and SIM Cards
