- Distributing and supervising manpower and equipment to achieve the required progress and the targeted schedule.
- Responsible for daily field inspections for all finishing trades.
- Propose and/or presenting alternative solutions to complications on site.
- Review plans and sections of the steel structure factory to ensure proper and adequate installation.
- Schedule update with the subcontractor and report it to the construction manager. - Discussing technical difficulties with the designer/consultants to find suitable and/or equivalent solutions.
- Assuring compliance of materials executed on site.
- Manage and plan proper mobilization on site. (crane/mobile crane/forklift)
- Attending and updating the weekly minutes of meeting with the client representatives.

- Basic responsibility to oversee all the tendering works including preparation of technical bids, commercial bids, arranging documents and submission of bids to the client.
- Submitting and reviewing Prebid clarifications, Post Bid Clarifications and providing the necessary information to clients.
- Control of technical documents to find out any likely non-conformity or discrepancy and make them rectified in connection with relevant parties and engineering head office to ease construction team activities and avoid any duplication in future.
- Coordinating and attending inspections with all consultants.
