Al Nahda Entertainment Complex (Exit-15); is a $600 million project boasting a range of attractions including Snow Park, Ski Slope, Water Park, and others. Job including:
• Streamlining project data via the Autodesk Construction Cloud in accordance with ISO 19650 standards.
• Analyzing project data for insights and leveraging Power BI for presentations.
• Preparation of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in alignment with the Appointing Party EIR.
• Managing coordination meetings to ensure seamless coordination among various project disciplines via clash detection processes and reporting.
• Preparing the Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP).
• Set a quality management plan to maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency.
• Organizing the implementation of BIM standards needed for facility management.
• Pushing for payments by providing precise Quantity Take-offs (5D).
• Implement construction-driven planning by preparing the AWPs (Advanced Work Packages) using Synchro 4D/ACC.
• Implementing asset management (COBie) following Appointing party AIR.
• Implementing all required codes such as NRM, and OmniClass.
• Reviewing and discussing the lessons learned from other projects to pick the best practices.
• Enhancing collaboration with team members, following the communication management.
• Implementing BIM training modules for key staff.
Off-site support for several projects in Quantification, Estimation, Modeling, Shop Drawings, and Coordination. Projects included:
• NFE, North Field Extension, Qatar.
• Four Seasons Hotel, Egypt.
• RCU HQ Offices & Business Park, Alula, Saudi Arabia.
Mall of Oman Project; is a $600 million project having a remarkable Snow Park, VOX Cinemas, Magic Planet, and other attractions. Duties included:
• Initiating a Material Take-off Workflow for both 2D & 3D quantification.
• Assigning tags to objects, along with WIRs and progress percentages.
• Participating in the development of a Clash Detection Matrix
• Being involved in Progress Monitoring workflows and visualizing results on 2D enhanced layouts, 3D PDF, and Navisworks free viewer.
• Initiating a full workflow for Shop Drawing Production inside Revit.
• Assisted in initiating a Change Management System which facilitated QS job and gave detailed VOs in an effective visualized manner.
• Working on an enhanced 4D animation in parallel with visualized weekly trackers and a three-month look ahead.
• Validating and performing QA/QC and audit processes on BIM deliverables from subcontractors.
Off-site support for multiple projects in Modeling and preparing 350 and 400 LOD Models for shop drawing production and material Takeoff MTO. Projects included:
• Abu Dhabi Plaza, Kazakhstan
• Parcel F, Malaysia.
On-site support for electromechanical scope in Ibn Sina Hospital Project.
On-site support for rehabilitation Project of multiple buildings.
Graduation Project was about designing roadways and networks.
