Monitoring the contractor’s work activity and ensuring the work is done according to the safe standards.
 Conducting daily site visits and finding the unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and reporting them through the Site Observation Report (SOR) and submitting it to the contractor for close out.
 Issue non-conformance reports (NCR) to the contractor if any unsafe act or conditions are not rectified within the stipulated time.
 Conduct monthly site HSE walkthroughs along with the contractor HSE Officer and submitting the Site Inspection Walkthrough (SIW) report for closeout.
 Participating in the weekly HSE training sessions along with the contractor HSE Officer.
 Participation and coordinating the emergency drill sessions along with Contractor HSE Officer.
