•Providing financial, commercial and strategic support to the business.
•Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations.
•Managing all the bank negotiations, facilities and guarantees and maintaining good banking relations.
•Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
•Implementing and using ERP systems such as J.D.Edwards, E-Promise and SAP.
•Handling the audits both internal and external.

•Collecting information to prepare general and specialized financial reports and summaries current financial status.
•Checking & approve all financial transactions.
•Monthly Physical Stock taking for all the items to make sure that the Inventory is correct.
•Completing database backups and securing financial information.
•Auditing documents to substantiate financial transactions.
•Maintaining financial security by following internal controls.
•Manage monthly financial statements, payments, and cash-flow
•Managing and supervising daily accounts operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, and payroll and utilities.
