Receiving cash and cheques from clients and depositing the amounts with the banks.
Arranging files for general, payment in well-ordered serial consequence.
Issuing monthly invoices
Following up the monthly sales reports and client payments.
Receiving cash and cheques from clients and depositing the amounts with the banks.
Maintain company database and 201 files of all employees and vehicles of the company.
Prepare and facilitate Leave Application and Clearances of all employees.
Coordinate with PRO expiration of licenses and all other registrations and employees visas, driving
licenses, gate passes etc.
Monitor and prepare updates on the employees list, CMW & CNIA gate passes of employees and
vehicles and all other reports that maybe required by management before the approval of HR
Manager.
Counter check employee salaries before entering into the system before Accounts Department
enters figures into the WPS of the company’s partnering bank.
Attend to all employees’ complaints and concerns - salary discrepancies, health and all other
emergency concerns.
Update job description and all other personnel related policies and procedures if required.
Prepare memo to erring employees.
