Mahmoud Yousri

Based in Riyadh & reporting to the CFO, I’m leading the team responsible for arranging the finance needs of the projects awarded to
Almabani including direct & indirect borrowings in addition to managing business relationships with financial institutions and core
corporate banking operations. Also, I’m working on the development of automated solutions to optimize the company’s cash flow
forecasting & reporting tools as well as cash/debt management.

 Responsible for handling the Group’s Liquidity, Investments, Debt & Cash management.
 Part of the team handling Project Finance business of the Group throughout Africa, Asia, Europe & MENA.
 Handling Export Insurance business of the Group.

Reporting to the country CFO & heading Coca-Cola HBC Egypt Treasury team who’s responsible for handling BU cash/debt management, cash flow forecasting, FX & commodity hedging, corporate banking relationship management, trade financing as well as financial leasing while ensuring to liaise the operations with the group Treasury team located in Athens, Greece.

- Identifying, recommending and implementing process improvements for cash management efficiency for all MAGRABi Optical entities across MENA & Turkey.
- Monitoring the company’s cash flow.
- Dealing with multi-currency money markets to support the company liquidity needs.
- Maintaining strong relationships with the banking partners and negotiating for credit facilities & trade finance solutions.

- Handling relationship with the banks and other investors across MENA & Turkey.
- Ensure having accurate accounting treatment of Treasury transactions.
- Working closely with internal & external auditors.
- Follow up on the business insurance and FX risk management (Spot rates & Hedging deals).
- Responsible for cash management and keeping adequate liquidity to support the business and meet any financial obligation as they fall due by managing short and long term investments in addition to the bank facilities.
- Ensure proper preparation and submission of regional and in-country treasury reports.
- Providing support to the Regional Treasurer for the assigned projects.

- Assist the Relationship Manager (RM) with offering value-added advice and guidance to the customers and placing their needs at the forefront of all what we do, taking into consideration the ever changing and stringent regulatory environment we’ve been working in.
- Act as the link between the customer and the rest of bank’s teams, working with products partners to assess the needs of international and domestic customers offering appropriate solutions.
- Respond within agreed timelines to issues raised by internal & external auditors.
- Ensure operational losses & fraud are minimized.

As a member of GTFR team, I work on monitoring import transactions through issuing LCs, examining trade documents and ensure facilitating International Trade process.
Also I work closely with CBE (Central Bank of Egypt) representatives by preparing/sharing the required reports showing the performance of import companies dealing with the bank.
Coordinate with other departments at the bank to smoothly execute the customer’s requests in a way maintaining both the quality of the service provided and the well-established reputation of the entity I work for.

I used to work on handling import/export transactions through processing these transactions in a proper way abiding with the bank’s operational requirements.
