Responsible for all project activities (stringing-welding-coating-lowering) as the construction engineer of the project, also managing all the resources in the project (human-equipment-materials).

Technical Office Engineer:
Responsible for preparing cost estimation studies and the primary time schedule according to site visits.
Defining project scope and preparing project plan.
Writing the preliminary design criteria for project including Scope of Work, Work Breakdown Structure and general specification, milestone identification and planning (macro-level).
Identifying and matching needs to approved budget with project stakeholders.
Controlling & Monitoring materials flow during the project and update material status along the project according to a determined time interval.
Reporting project status at progress meetings.
Managing the Reporting & Recording Systems during the project and making projects closure.
Establishing “Planned and Preventive Maintenance” PPM programs during & after the project to the Equipments and devices in the project and also monitoring the equipment status during the project.
Applying cost analysis studies during the project to meet the target budgets and update the top management by the cost status.
Preparing what if scenarios along the project in trying to control any bad impacts on cost or time.
