Computerized Accounting :
1- Enter the day to day transactions into the financial system (DOLPHIN).
2- Liaison with Banks and Reconcile monthly Bank statements.
3- A/R and A/P Reconciliation.
4- Prepare monthly Payroll.
5- Preparing treasury works.
6- Prepare Account Statements (BS & P&l) Monthly.
Bookkeeping: Record journal entries, posting to the general ledger, handle the A/R, A/P, Bank reconciliation, payroll and VAT adjustments.

Coordinate with the financial manager in preparing reports and Financial statements
Enter the day to day transactions into the financial system
Handle the accounts receivables
Liasion with banks and reconcile monthly bank system
prepare audit schedules for external auditors (Trial Balance)n
Auditing the accounting cycle of the companies which are under the supervision of our accounting office (DAR).
Perform payrolls payments
Handle the A/R accounts
Review monthly balances for the warehouse
