Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
Provide technical support and advice on Management accountant
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers
Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
Provide input into department’s goal setting process
Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule

system .
Parking/Posting all daily accounting entries which related to treasury transactions.
Registering & updating the Banks Credit Facilities and loans transactions on the ERP system.

Finalizing the banks reconciliation with all accounts department in the group monthly.
Preparing the loans formal letters (New/Rollover/settlements) and following with banks to finalize all pending loans
& other financing requests.
Preparing the Due loans & other obligations weekly report and arranging with the treasury team for funding
the account to settle the due Loans at maturity dates.
Coordinating with banks to transfer the projects proceeds to currents accounts after settling the duties.
Supporting treasury team on their daily duties (if required).
Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and funds available for investment
Maintain banking relationships
Maintain credit rating agency relationships
Monitor the activities of third parties handling outsourced treasury functions on behalf of the company
Advise management on the liquidity aspects of its short- and long-range planning
management
1. Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures

3. Oversee the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for
achieving the department's goals and objectives
4. Oversee the accounting operations of subsidiary corporations, especially their control systems, transaction-processing

Transactions
1. Ensure that accounts payable are paid in a timely manner
2. Ensure that all reasonable discounts are taken on accounts payable
3. Ensure that accounts receivable are collected promptly
4. Process payroll in a timely manner
5. Ensure that periodic bank reconciliations are completed
6. Ensure that required debt payments are made on a timely basis
7. Maintain the chart of accounts
8. Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
9. Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions
Reporting
1. Issue timely and complete financial statements
2. Coordinate the preparation of the corporate annual report
3. Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
