-Design & review electric shop drawing for the factory.
-Inspection of work on site till construction finished.
-Installation & test running for all factory equipment.
B) After Construction :-
Maintenance & troubleshooting for :
a- Melting induction& Pouring furnaces, Annealing furnace, & Sand preparation plant.
b- Water Treatment Station, Diesel Generator, Air Compressor, Cooling Towers.
c- Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems.
d -Control panel for the machine using PLC .
e- Preparing Spare Parts Purchasing Order.
A) During Construction :-
1- Design & review electric shop drawing for the factory.
2-Inspection of work on site till construction finished.
3- Installation & test running for all factory equipment.
B) After Construction :-
1- maintenance for plastic machines (injection & Blow molding)
2-Programmable machines (PLC& PC).
3-Water Treatment Station, Diesel Generator, Air Compressor, Water Boiler,
Chiller, Cooling Towers.
4-M.T Transformers 11 KV & Switch Gears.
Proceed all maintenance needed and repair any fault to continue the operation for :
-Cement Kilns, Raw Mills & Cement Mills.
-Lime stone & Clay Scrapers & Conveyors.
-Water Pump St., Diesel Generator, Air Compressor, Boilers.
-M.T Transformers (11/ 0.380 -11/6 KV)& Switch Gears .
-Distribution Board & control panels using PLC .
- Site inspector .
- Reports and Paper works.
- Preparing materials & Purchasing Order.
