Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
1. Worked as outsource technical support in Fleet Management solutions for different INGOs like USAID, CHF International, Handicap International (HI), and ACTED to support Logistics Department.
2. Conduct training to the Logistics team (Logistics Officer, and Logistics Manager) on Fleet Management software, modules, and tools.
3. Conduct training to Fleet agency (Rental Office) about Fleet Management Maintenance module and tools.
4. Provide daily reports about INGOs fleet activities and trips based on INGOs requirements and standard reports.
5. Create, update the map layer using ArcGIS (ArcMap, ArcCatalog) and reflect the final result to Fleet Management Maps like add Point of Interest (POI), Routes, Geofences with the coordination with the Development department of Telecom Cube Co.
6. Support on a Weekly basis the updates of the team information on the system like Driver info. (Name, Contact details, Picture, ..etc), Team Leaders details, and more.
7. Manage the Technicians team in installation and maintenance stages.
8. Support WASH Department (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), MEAL Department (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) and Logistics Department in their required data like GPS data, Driver and Team Leaders, Fuel Consumption, Daily Trip details, Maintenance Activities, and reminders, Vehicles info. and more in coordination with INGO Logistics department.
Achievements:
1. Implement the SOS Service to USAID Fleets and connect it to the person who is responsible for the emergency cases.
2. Implement GPS trackers with two-way communication technology to be used in emergency cases.
3. Create Customize report for each INGOs where provide them:
a. Total Number of cars, Total daily trip, driver, and team for each vehicle.
b. Event reports and SMS notifications like Overspeed Alarm, SOS, Route in/out, and Zone in/out.
c. Live Chat/Image module.
d. Stop and Movement report along with GPS Coordination for each condition.
e. and more.
This position was under Telecom Cube Co, Contract, where I worked as an Outsourced Technical Support Engineer in the field for INGOs (Mainly USAID and CHF).
Got the highest mark in graduation projects with 91% (2012-2013). “This project is concerned with GPS tracking using Raspberry Pi, where programming the Raspberry Pi to be GPS Tracker Device and design the simplest system to view vehicle location for end-user using Google Map at any time needed”.
