IT Department Head
The IT department head is responsible for all trouble shooting, maintenance, designing and recommending existing networks and communications infrastructure as well as utilizing Cisco, switches/routers/firewalls and IP telephony. As the IT department head he supervises the IT team and makes sure everyone is aware of his exact role in the department.
• Responsible for all technical support for installation Hardware, system software, and network for central and remote locations

• Acting as security officer, use Arope IT security policy and follow up all details of policy are implemented ideally
• Oversees and review firm time to time user profile customization, creation, edit and delete user according to business needs and mangers recommendations
• Ensure save of data and application of Arope Egypt by using antivirus or another available methods and monitor daily backup procedures.
