Supporting team leader in handling team members performance, monitoring agents activities ( login/logout - not ready -#of calls), submitting daily feedback on daily allocation, taking and handling hard calls, communicating with supporting departments in processing payment, transactions, following up on customer cases, generating daily performance reports.

1.Assists Management/ HR Manager in the recruitment process.
2.Maintains employee personal files & update them
5.Prepare the daily attendance report.
